we loved spending time at leeanna's dock.
some of our favorite pass times were:
bathing in the lake, picnicking on the dock and just swimming!
we spent a lot of our time at a rope swing whilst on the island.
the surrounding area had such beautiful rocks and water.
there was a platform you could jump off of but
we mostly stuck to swinging off the tree itself.
some of the funniest things happened while down at the
rope swing... one of them depicted in the first picture,
brock landing on leeanna
in the water and almost breaking her arm.
just sitting on the rocks watching while my friends swung into the water
(i only did it a few times because apparently i suck at that
sort of thing) was something i will treasure forever.
last night i arrived in toronto.
we ate asian food in china town and then met up with
a lot of friends from school.
at night we drove back to leeanna's house.
mitchel, brock, leeanna, and i lounged on a dock near leeanna's house.
it is so nice to be back with some of my best friends ever.
today we are going to leeanna's cottage.
a week without power here we come.
this weekend was so great!
last night I met up with a bunch of friends from vanguard
and went to eat. we eventually ventured back to my
apartment and had one of those great late night talks
that happens to frequently with these amazing people.
today brought the perfect weather. not too cold or too hot. just right...
something i have not experienced in a long time.
i am staying the night at marissa's parent's house tonight.
we laid out in the grass after dinner out on the deck and
soaked up the sun.
we also made a fire and roasted s'mores.
classic times in edmonton...
too bad it is rarely this nice, eh?

off to ontario tomorrow so i probably won't be posting
for almost two weeks!
