Yesterday was an absolutely beautiful day. Maddy and I went to the MoMA, walked around 5th Ave, and ate our weight in vegan treats at Red Bamboo.

New York is amazing in the spring. The streets are a buzz with excitement about the sunshine. Tons of people fill the park, and tourists are everywhere.

The MoMA was so great! We saw two temporary exhibitions by William Kentridge and Marina Abramovic. Both of them were very mind blowing but my favorite was Kentridge.

And of course we saw the permanent stuff such as..

Andy.

We took pictures with our favorite ridiculous (in our opinion) art pieces.

This is an exhibit by Marina Abramovic, in which the artist herself sat at this table for countless hours just starting at a volunteer person across from her. She had a lot of live models in her exhibition, it was crazy.

A giant wall of cows.

I loved the MoMA so much! It is probably my favorite museum so far.

We went to Red Bamboo that night and ate so much that we decided we are never eating again...

PS, if you ever get a chance to go to Red Bamboo (in the village) DO IT! It is SO amazing. They can make anything vegan. I personally love the soy chicken and meats, it is amazing what they can do.

The straw that broke the camels back.. Amazing vegan brownie cheese cake that sent us over the edge and made us want to barf..

On that note.. Spring in the city is amazing. Only 5 weeks left of school (CRAZY!) and it is really sad (happy for no more work though)! I am going to miss this place over the summer.
