Scandalous Jesus, we wait for you; we watch for you. You were conceived in the womb of an unwed mother. Your parents did not have a good reputation, nor did you. Even as an adult, you turned the tables on the status quo.

Homeless Jesus, we wait for you; we watch for you. You spent your first night on earth in a filthy stable. Your parents searched all over, but could not find a room.
Even as an adult, your home was wherever you laid your head.
