Internet is being so jank here right now. So I don’t know if this will make it to you safe and sound, but I will try. I am sitting on my balcony with Katie (Tex), Abby, and Micah North! It has been so fun with Journey here and everything. This week has sped by. They left this morning. I never want to leave. I will certainly cry the day I do.
Hmm… What’s new here? It is hard to say really. I have been teaching. Making crafts with the amputee patients and God is working so much through this place and inside of me. He has given me some really amazing new friends and some life changing experiences.
I love the people I get to spend everyday with. I am so glad Abby is here. Tex is my bestie and it has only been a week or so since we met (hard to believe).. Brianna is a beast (you know you love it, B), Ashley is Ashley—One of my dearest friends since 8th grade, Chelsea and Erin— Some really awesome girls I get to privelidge to do life with.
Right now we are just soaking up the overcast sky. It has been so overcast this week and I am SO thankful for that.
Life is so good. Just great. Just utterly amazing. I thank God so much for this amazing feeling of peace within me. AH! I am just so excited for life—But I never want to leave these people or this place.
